How to Make a Fast Bean Salad

Garden Fresh Organic RAW Beans

My Mother always made her Famous Bean Salad when people were coming over to go swimming in our Pool, when we were having a BBQ and whenever we were going to go to my Parents’ Friends parties.  I have to say, I loved her Bean Salad.

Because I love Bean Salad so much, I have made so many variations over the years and what I want to show you is how fast you can put ingredients together and make a Large Bean Salad for any occasion. I made this Bean Salad because my Beans are ready in my Organic Garden!

All Ingredients are Organic and RAW:

Fresh Green Beans (however many you want)

1 Can Kidney Beans (I sprouted mine)

1 Can Corn (I used a Fresh Cob of Corn and just Cut off the kernels)

1 Small Broccoli (all of it – stem & leaves)

1/2 Cup Frozen Peas (don’t cook)

1/2 Small Red Onion

Lots of Herbs:  Dill, Parsley, Chives

Chop, Cut, Slice and add into a large Bowl.  Add 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar & Herbed Salt.

That’s it – Toss & Enjoy!
